Pablo McGinty's Mexican Cantina

Announcing "Pablo McGinty’s Mexican Cantina",  Honolulu’s most recent addition. The authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant will be opening in late July or early August and is located on the second floor of the Ward Centre between Ryan’s Grill and Ka Restaurant & Lounge.  Pablo's will be a full service casual dining restaurant, with a focus on authentic Mexican offerings with freshness, quality, perceived value and consistency at the core. Our food offerings feature hearty, wholesome, reasonably priced Mexican food that will appeal to the local palate.  All meals will always be a culinary delight prepared from local distributors. 

Pablo's Bar Manager, Robert Fear a local boy, whose resume is loaded with Bar and Restaurant openings, will house a lively center bar that will bring energy into the dining areas, as well as offer guests a large seating area to promote a fun and lively experience for everyone. The drink menu will focus on “Pablo’s” house drinks, with a huge selection and variety of Tequilas from Anejo, to Reposados, and Silver tequilas as well as other spirits. Blended & Frozen cocktails derived from “FRESH/LOCAL" ingredients will be an important offering in our concept.

Conceived as an authentic Mexican restaurant which provides an experience captivating to both the palate and the eye, Pablo's showcases Mexican cuisine by Steven Hamile's  creative team of chefs and will feature unique design elements, special lighting and music along with exceptional artistic food presentation. Come and enjoy our Salsa Bar, Tableside Fresh Guacamole, and Homemade Tortillas!  And as our name suggests, you’ll find Irish dishes such as corned beef tacos, fish and chips, and Irish will be celebrated throughout the restaurant one night per month.

Pablo's will serve fresh/local authentic Mexican dinners as well as Happy Hour and Late Night Happy Hour food and beverage specials in a distinctly warm and welcoming environment.  Pablo's is also bringing back the original Taco Tuesdays!
